Siebe Vanderzee
Siebe Vanderzee is the creator of Hosting International Visitors, a unique hospitality industry training program. His clients include multinational corporations, hotel chains, mega hotels (Las Vegas), destination resorts (Florida, Caribbean), Convention & Visitor Bureaus, and specialty properties.
Vanderzee is a global executive recruiter, coach and diplomat. Born in the Netherlands, he has lived and worked in Europe and Latin America before settling in the United States. He started his corporate career in international corporate banking with Citibank and ING Bank in Amsterdam, London, Montevideo and New York.
In the United States, he started a management consulting company (www.vanderzee.net) providing executive search, training and consulting services to companies involved with international business.
Vanderzee holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management (AZ) and he speaks five languages. Since 1992 he serves as Honorary Consul for the Netherlands in the Grand Canyon State of Arizona. He is a frequent guest speaker at universities and corporate events.
Hal DeKeyser
Hal DeKeyser has been a reporter, writer, editor, author, political consultant, speech-writer, photographer and public relations professional for more than 30 years. His work has appeared in newspapers, magazines websites and wire services, and he has written about news, travel, politics and people on five continents. He has traveled extensively in Asia, Europe and Latin America, writing about and photographing life, people, places and cultures.
He has worked for newspapers in Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas, plus the Associated Press, as a reporter, editor, columnist, photographer, Opinion Page editor and publisher. He is the principal at Hal DeKeyser & Associates, a public relations and consulting firm. He also has been a writing coach (www.AZWritingCoach.com), a blogger, a Realtor and the speechwriter for Arizona’s governor.
The Arizona State University journalism graduate is the author of the book, “PartnerChats -- Must-have Conversations for Committed Couples.” (www.PartnerChats.com) DeKeyser’s website, www.FinallySayingThanks.com, links the grateful with mentors and others who have helped them many years prior. He is a former U.S. Navy photographer and Vietnam veteran.
